Shipping Rate

We offer a flat shipping rate of $8 on all orders, regardless of order size or destination within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during sales, holidays, and other high-volume periods.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delays, severe weather, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Burlap and Lace Market & Coffee Bar is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Burlap and Lace Market & Coffee Bar is not responsible for shipping delays or packages marked as delivered but reported missing. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within three days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos so we can assist you.
