Refund policy

Burlap & Lace Market & Coffee Bar online store has a 14 day (2 weeks) return policy. This is based on the date of purchase as shipping times vary. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the EXACT SAME condition as when you received it.

Returns are for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY less the shipping costs as all shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend you using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items we don't receive. 

Return Process - It's Easy:
-You can return your purchase for up to 14 days (2 Weeks) from the purchase date.
-Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
-Please include a copy of your receipt.
-Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed.

In-Store Exchange Policy:

We gladly offer exchanges or we will issue you a store credit for unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of purchase. All sale items are final sale. All original tags must be attached or original packaging must be unopened to qualify for an exchange.

IN-STORE (EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY): You may exchange merchandise or get store credit for returned items in our store, but we will be unable to process a cash/credit refund to your card.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Clearance items, Items bought on Sale of any type, bathing suits, undergarments such as panties or bralettes, accessories, candles, and drinkware. Management holds the right to refuse any return. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
